AimTrainersPro is a free, browser-based aim training tool designed to help FPS gamers improve their aiming skills. The Service includes training modes such as flick shot training, tracking, grid shot, reaction time tests, and micro-adjustment drills. The Service is provided free of charge.

You agree to use AimTrainersPro only for its intended purpose: personal aim training and skill improvement. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service in an unintended way, including artificially inflating leaderboard scores.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly visible in the browser.

• Submit offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content through user-facing inputs, including leaderboard display names.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and other materials on AimTrainersPro are the intellectual property of AimTrainersPro and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The AimTrainersPro name, logo, and branding are trademarks of AimTrainersPro. You may not use these trademarks without our express written permission.

5. User-Generated Data

Data you generate while using the Service, including scores, statistics, and settings, is stored locally on your device through browser localStorage when you use the Service as a guest. If you create an account, your training sessions and profile data are stored on our servers to enable cloud sync across devices.

Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your guest training history. Authenticated users can delete their account to remove server-side data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of training analytics, scores, or performance metrics.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AimTrainersPro and its creators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
